**The Opportunity**

Provide day-to-day support to the inventory planning team. Lead and oversee operational projects and support key initiatives that have an impact on the day-to-day business.

**The Role**
- Monitor and participate in Health and Safety programs designed to ensure our “Everyone Home Safe” initiatives are achieved.
- Adhere to Supply Chain purchasing policies, procedures and approval processes.
- Drive operational results through people leadership, objective setting, task delegation and teambuilding.
- Conduct analysis to proactively identify challenges and drive actions to keep a healthy inventory position vis-à-vis the strategic plans.
- Coaching the planning team, engaging them, and keeping them up-to-date with the most relevant Supply Chain topics and/or product information.
- Assist and provide input to Director in reviewing and modifying inventory policies and processes.
- Co-ordinate quarterly and annual inventory audit requests.
- Coordinate branch open documents clean-up and bin management activities.

**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering, or equivalent.

**Work Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics..

**Knowledge**:Bilingualism preferred (English and French). Strong working knowledge of inventory control practices & processes and Integrated Supply Chain concepts. Lean and Continuous improvement experience is an asset. General knowledge of industrial goods and equipment. Mathematical reasoning skills required.
