**Description du poste**:
Au sein de l’équipe de santé des animaux de compagnie d’Elanco Animal Canada Limited, le ou la titulaire de ce poste agit à titre de gestionnaire de premier niveau des représentants des ventes dans une région assignée et est responsable de l’embauche, la reconnaissance et le perfectionnement de l’équipe de vente tout en démontrant et en encadrant les valeurs et les comportements d’Elanco.
Ce gérant sera responsable de diriger tout au long de l’encadrement du rendement et de motiver les représentants à atteindre les objectifs du District. Un directeur de district fournit des données tactiques sur le territoire ou le marché et joue un rôle essentiel dans la planification et l’exécution globales de la stratégie commerciale pour le service de la santé des animaux de compagnie.
**Fonctions, devoirs, tâches**:
- Recruter, effectuer des entrevues, sélectionner et intégrer une équipe de représentants pour représenter les produits de santé pour animaux d’Elanco et diriger les efforts de nos partenaires de distribution.
- Gérer le développement de l’équipe des ventes et la planification de carrière/succession.
- Planifier, diriger et coordonner les activités de l’équipe des ventes (formation, réunions régionales, réunions nationales, journées d’encadrement sur le terrain, etc.) et soutenir les réunions axées sur le marketing.
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente dans toutes les catégories de produits.
- Assurer l’exécution stratégique et réussie du lancement de produits par l’équipe des ventes.
- Élaborer et exécuter le plan d’affaires du district et analyser et évaluer les mesures de production de rapports et les rapports d’affaires afin d’assurer le placement et l’utilisation des ressources pour optimiser les résultats d’affaires.
- Analyser et être un expert dans l’industrie de la santé animale. Comprendre les tendances, les occasions et les menaces clés et intègre ces connaissances dans le plan d’affaires.
- Travailler avec les équipes du marketing et des ventes pour améliorer les programmes de partenariat clés; mettre en œuvre des plans de marketing par l’intermédiaire des représentants des hôpitaux vétérinaires clés et des partenaires de distribution.
- Communiquer l’activité du territoire/marché au directeur des ventes, Santé des animaux de compagnie.
- Engager et interagir avec les collègues du carrefour mondial et des États-Unis/Canada pour améliorer son sens des affaires.
- Être un membre clé et participer à la stratégie de vente et de marketing et participer à la création de tactiques pour le secteur de la santé des animaux de compagnie.
- Gérer le budget des dépenses d’exploitation du district
**Qualification mínimale (éducation, expérience ou formation, certifications requises)**:
- Baccalauréat ou l’équivalent
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en gestion des ventes avec une expérience privilégiée en pharmacie vétérinaire ou en formation en vente dans l’industrie vétérinaire.
- Solides aptitudes pour l’encadrement et le leadership établies par la gestion d’équipe.
- Connaissance approfondie du marché de la santé animale
- Solides aptitudes en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, y compris d’excellentes compétences en matière d’expression orale et de présentation.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions dans un contexte d’incertitude et d’ambiguïté.
- Penser stratégiquement, excellentes aptitudes pour la planification et l’exécution.
- Solide expérience en analyse.
