**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative
- Initial project costing and budgeting
- Tender, negotiations and award trade and supplier contracts on behalf of Caliber Projects
- Administer and approve trade change orders, as required.
- Design, development, and completion of working documents.
- Develop project scheduling of major activities and milestones.
- Coordinate all on site construction activity.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress draws and related materials.
- Coordinate specific project requirements with all parties to ensure all requirements are met.
- Coordinate consultants, trade contractors and site staff in resolving issues.
- Comply with all OHS regulations.
- Implement trade specific quality control methods.
- Arrange required permits from Municipalities.
- Maintain an effective level of communication with the client.

- Maintain a good working relationship with all sub trades and employees by personally demonstrating integrity, honesty, hard work, respect, passion, and innovation.
- Conduct all construction activities with customer satisfaction as the number one goal.
- Maintain the highest possible quality in all work constructed
- Understand all impactions of the course of Construction insurance policy
- Maintain a clean working environment for all trades and employees at the project site.
- Prepare and record weekly site meeting minutes in conjunction with site supervisor.
- Required Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- A Management Degree or Diploma
- A Strong proficiency with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with discipline and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide solutions using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read construction-working drawings.
