**Production Co-Ordinator Role Description**

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Production Co-Ordinator. You should primarily be able to manage all the inventory management processes to meet production needs. You will be responsible for updating and managing the inventory systems. Must be able to co-ordinate with the suppliers/vendors and draft their PO requests. Must be able to keep track of the inventory supplies and ensure it meets production demands. Also, you will verify delivery of purchase invoices & submit to management.

As a Production Co-Ordinator, you must have complete knowledge of the inventory processes and familiarity with various inventory management systems. Moreover, you should possess excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities. A proven work experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfilling supply chain objectives
- Managing and updating the inventory systems
- Performing regular inventory checks and maintaining a record of the same
- Co-ordinating and assisting with daily operations
- Identifying and resolving any issues in the inventory management and processes
- Researching and developing ways to improve inventory management processes
- Preparing and maintaining inventory reports
- Checking and processing purchase invoices
- Examining if the supplies received are as per the order and in proper condition

**Requirements**:

- Education in Purchasing, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Production Co-Ordinator or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Complete knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with inventory management software & good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A team player and able to work collaboratively
- Ability to offer excellent customer service

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
