We are a team of rogues that make up a unique Architectural Services company specializing in 2D/3D As-Built Surveys, Virtual Tour Software, Store Planning and White-Glove Installations. **About you as the Business Development Specialist / Manager**
- You are a B2B Sales Professional who truly enjoys hunting and closing new business
- You take pride in being accomplished at building relationships with clients at all levels
- You have a keen ability to get to the root of a client’s business needs to consult on a solution
- You advocate for the client at DedON to help drive innovation and customer success
- You collaborate well with cross functional teams
- Your competitive nature drives you to regularly meet, and exceed sales targets
- You embody the DedON Core Values and are regarded as key member of our growing team

**What you bring to the team**
- A College or University degree/diploma is valued but not imperative
- Experience in retail, retail fixtures, architecture and design, hospitality, service industries.
- Understanding of As-Built Drawings and Retail Store Planning is an asset.
- Experience and success in B2B Sales, primarily in a Hunter role
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Strong Negotiation skills with a positive and professional attitude under pressure
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Creative, energetic, outgoing, and passionate about people
- Strong ability and willingness to learn and grow

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
