Clinic Administrator

Medical Esthetics Thunder Bay is hiring a Clinic Administrator to provide general oversight and administrative duties of the clinic. The Clinic Administrator is a integral part of the organization and client experience and is a client facing position while offering the opportunity for unique marketing and branding initiatives. The position will provide 24-35 hours per week primarily working 2-9pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and some Sundays.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- General reception duties
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
- Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
- Support nurses by performing necessary administrative tasks
- Perform duties associated with administrative tasks, including rooming patients, inputting data into EMR, entering billing data
- Perform appointment bookings, reminder, and follow-up calls/texts
- Manage client referrals and patient information database in the EMR
- Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material
- Participate in product training and customer service training as required
- Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic
- Perform other duties as requested by management team
- Provide a professional and friendly experience on the telephones, online and in the receptionist area for all clients and visitors.
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software.
- Various clerical duties as requested by Physician, Operations Manager and/or Clinic Manager.
- Client account reconciliation: processing credits, contacting for past due amounts
- Ordering of supplies for clinic
- Future: Provide client services when trained in Coolsculpting
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
