Project Manager - Architecture Department

The Role

Role Requirements
- Strong design ability to work with Principals and lead, develop and maintain design intent on residential projects of various scales.
- Manage project delivery process and ensure that design reviews occur at the designated stages of projects.
- Able to manage several major projects concurrently
- Familiar with stipulations of standard OAA 600 and 900 contracts
- Create and monitor project schedules against allocated budgets.
- Monitor scope creep and facilitate additional service requests when required
- Strong technical ability to lead and coordinate a cross disciplinary team to ensure that project requirements, deliverables, compliance to authorities/regulations having jurisdiction and deadlines for all phases of work are maintained.
- Manage QA/QC throughout the life of a project with an emphasis on technical excellence, constructability, and value-engineering

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Design
- Minimum of 10-15 years of industry experience
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of architectural design, building codes construction and costs
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- AutoCAD and Revit skills required.
- LEED AP certification is a plus

This is a full-time position located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
