**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership/management position within the nursing field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Experience in staff scheduling and management.
- Salary to be discussed based on qualifications and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our our client's Long term care facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Manage staff schedules efficiently to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, residents, and families, addressing any concerns or issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55.00-$62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
