**Shifts: Days**
**Rate of Pay: $21.05 - $22.72 per hour**
Under the direction of the Manager, Financial Services and the DIrector of Care, the Residence & Accounting Clerk is responsible for clerical functions, operations and communication within the 1 North residence home area and financial services.
**Qualifications**
- Post secondary education in a related program
- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to be flexible and follow direction from various program staff
- Ability to prioritize and organize day-to-day functions of the office to meet deadlines noting the work is varied and often done for several principals
- Tact, good judgment, demonstrated ability to establish good interpersonal relationships
- Must maintain confidentiality of records, actions and information
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
