**YOUR INTERNSHIP**

Based in St-Bruno, Quebec, you will be responsible to work with the procurement team on various elements of **procurement and supply chain cycles including Supplier Management, Project Procurement Management on current Train projects.**

**In your role, you will be asked to perform the following tasks**:

- Prepare requests for quotes, identify suppliers and participate in negotiations
- Place purchase orders at the suppliers in order to meet production schedule
- Expedite deliveries with suppliers to ensure production schedule is met
- Use ERP system of the company daily
- Follow-up on procurement & supply chain process key performance indicators
- Maintain database of ongoing opportunities
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of Supplier performance reviews and negotiations
- Reconciliation of PO’s and Receivables.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Are pursuing a **bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Business Administration**:

- Have a Continuous Improvement mindset
- Are Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Project Management experience would be an asset
- Are fluent in English & French, spoken & written
