Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Stratégiste numérique autonome, axé sur les résultats et possédant une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de campagnes publicitaires numériques. Vous disposez d'une expertise pratique dans l'exécution et l'optimisation de campagnes numériques sur 2 plateformes publicitaires numériques ou plus, telles que Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads ou DV360.

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion des clients qui utilisent la plateforme publicitaire de Trader, en particulier les médias payants. Les responsabilités comprennent l'analyse des données, la gestion et le suivi des KPI, l'optimisation des comptes, fournir des rapports hebdomadaires et la présentation de recommandations stratégiques aux parties prenantes.

Le titulaire de ce poste aura également l'occasion de participer au travail en contact avec les clients, en créant et/ou en faisant des revues de performance mensuelles.

Principaux domaines de responsabilité:
Gestion des campagnes:
Planification, création et gestion des campagnes publicitaires. Optimiser en profondeur les campagnes afin de s'assurer que les résultats obtenus se situent dans une fourchette acceptable d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Effectuer des analyses régulières des comptes pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration clés et fournir des informations exploitables. Développer un processus d'optimisation et un calendrier pour nos clients.

Rapports:
Contrôler, examiner et établir des rapports sur les performances des campagnes publicitaires. Produire divers rapports en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.

Gestion des parties prenantes:
Soutenir les comptes internes et l'équipe de vente dans la gestion des relations avec les clients en participant aux revues des comptes clients avec l'équipe, en présentant des idées et en aidant à donner une direction pour atteindre les objectifs du client. Faire des recommandations proactives aux clients et aux représentants des ventes pour améliorer le potentiel et aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs. Développer des campagnes personnalisées en fonction des objectifs du client.

Tests et amélioration continue:
Développer des processus de test/optimisation pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe et du programme.

Une passion pour le marketing numérique.

2 à 3 ans d'expérience pratique dans l'achat de médias numériques (sur 2 plateformes publicitaires ou plus, telles que Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads et DV360).

Une connaissance de base de Google Analytics.

Vous avez une connaissance de base de Google Analytics et de l'achat programmatique de médias.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs afin de communiquer les progrès et d'identifier les tendances significatives.

Bonne communication orale, écrite et interpersonnelle ; capacité à communiquer efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

Diplôme universitaire, de préférence avec une spécialisation en marketing.

Connaissance des dernières tendances ou outils dans l'industrie du paiement au clic (PPC).

Certifications Google Ads

Bilingue (français/anglais)

We’re looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Digital Strategist with proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns. Hands-on expertise on executing and optimizing digital campaigns across 2 or more digital ad platforms covering Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads or DV360.

This position will be responsible for managing clients that use Trader’s advertising platform specifically paid media. Responsibilities will include analyzing data, management and tracking of KPIs, optimizing accounts, providing weekly reports, and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

This position will also have the opportunity to participate in client-facing work, creating and/or conducting monthly Performance Reviews.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Campaign Management: planning, creating and managing ad campaigns. Conduct in-depth optimization of campaigns to ensure campaign deliveries are within acceptable KPI range. Perform regular account analysis for key improvement areas and provide actionable insights. Develop optimization process and schedule for our clients.

Reporting: Monitor, review, and report on ad campaign performance. Produce miscellaneous reports aligned to the business.

Stakeholder Management: Support internal account and sales team in client relationship management by participating in client account reviews with the team, presenting insights and help in giving direction to meet client’s goals. Making pro-active recommendations to clients and Trader Sales reps for potential improvement and helping client’s meet their objectives. Develop custom campaigns according to client objectives.
