**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on their rights and obligations under the law
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients

Qualifications:

- Called to the Alberta Bar
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficient in using legal research tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Experience in legal drafting and preparing legal documents
- Strong negotiation skills
