The Department of Medicine at St. Michael’s Hospital, in conjunction with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine,
University of Toronto, is seeking a qualified full-time academic malignant hematologist with focus on Myeloid
position description of Clinician-Teacher (CT), Clinician-Educator (CE), Clinician in Quality and Innovation (CQI) or
Clinician Investigator (CI). The expected start date of the position is September 1, 2024, or shortly thereafter.

Division currently consists of 12 full time hematologists and oncologists, has an international reputation in clinical
research, education and quality improvement, and busy in

- and out-patient demands in malignant hematology in addition to supporting the Hematology-Oncology
the development of innovation in care or scholarly work, such as optimizing chemotherapy delivery or
multidisciplinary care, clinical trials, hematology training approaches or curriculum development.

Estimated remuneration will be commensurate with academic rank, qualifications and experience, in addition to a
COMET AFP (Community Oncologists of Metropolitan Toronto Alternate Funding Plan) funded position.
