We're looking to fill a fulltime Social Media Content Creator position. Working out of both our our Downtown & Douglasdale locations.

As a valuable member of the team, you will:

- Create social media content by modeling & taking photos, as well as creating reels, TikToks, flatlays, stories, and post to our social media accounts multiple times daily
- Must be willing to try anything, and be up for any challenge - we have a lot of fun, and the more personality you can bring to our team, the better
- Be well versed in ALL social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest. Must be extremely well spoken, and good on camera.
- Thrive under pressure, extreme attention to detail, and be an excellent multi-tasker
- Work to ensure our online store is updated with all new shipments, and the appropriate images are added, along with descriptions & fit info
- Assist with strategic planning of ways to grow our social media following, help plan promotions etc.
- Working with Brand Ambassadors/Influencers - building and maintaining relationships with ambassadors and influencers to enhance brand visibility. Ability to analyze campaign metrics and ambassador performance to optimize strategies.
- Help coordinated events/collaborations - giveaways, pop-ups, shopping events, etc.

In addition to social media, you will be required to:

- Provide exemplary customer service as needed when assisting customers via social media by listening, identifying, and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis
- Assist in other areas of the store as needed, while maintaining an upbeat & positive attitude. Must be a team player, and also self motivated when working alone.
- Knowing the fast paced and growing industry of social media - knowing trends and content strategies, increase engagement and being able to optimize all platforms
- **Must have weekend availability and a reliable form of transportation.**
