This holistic psychotherapeutic approach, combined with Afro-indigenized knowledge and ways of being, aims to empower healers of the 21st century to effect personal and societal transformation.

**Job Description: Data-Driven Marketing Strategist**
The Becoming Institute Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to promote our educational programs and holistic psychotherapeutic services globally. Working closely with our executive team and marketing department, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, marketing technology, and strategic planning to drive the success of our marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to attract and engage prospective students and clients across various channels.
- Utilize marketing technology tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance and enhance marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data-driven marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, marketing technology, and strategic marketing planning.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Passion for holistic healing, mental health promotion, and social justice issues is a plus.
