**What YOU Will Do**

As a result of Pomerleau’s continued growth, the legal team is seeking a dynamic and experienced consultant in claims preparation and management and dispute resolution. This initiative is part of its objective to develop and implement a new expertise in the company’s practice.

As a member of the legal team, you can expect:

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze contracts and determine changes
- Examine scheduling
- Review and analyze project documents, including technical documents
- Calculate the cost of changes/damage to materials, equipment and labour
- Analyze project overhead costs

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering in a relevant field with more than five years of experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of and experience in the Critical Path Method concepts using planning software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Technical knowledge of delay analysis methods to prepare or analyze delays, an asset
- Technical knowledge of construction cost controls
- A high level of expertise in Microsoft Excel
- A good knowledge of cost control practices and analysis in the field of construction
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, an asset
- Knowledge of dispute resolution methods in Canada and Quebec, including mediation, arbitration and alternative approaches, an asset
- An excellent command of English
- French, an asset
