**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn advertising best practices, including audience targeting, ad format selection, and bidding strategies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Canadian non-profit sector and issues related to food insecurity is a plus.

With 24/7 operations, they provide emergency hampers, monthly deliveries, senior wellness programs, and nutritious meals for homeless individuals and children in need.
