Social Media Manager with Canva Experience

We are seeking an experienced **Social Media Manager** to lead our **organic & paid **social media campaigns at ORCAFY. Solid foundation in social media management + **scheduling posts daily for multiple client** & paid ads, knowledge of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram (META), TikTok & LinkedIn, and ability to drive engagement across all platforms. This role reports directly to the Director of Social Media. You should thrive in a **fast-paced environment**, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**About You**
- Responsibilities include **daily scheduling of posts** manually and through **LATER** across all social media platforms for multiple clients, tracking all activities, and **coordinating with clients** to ensure they are consistently updated with their social media calendars.
- **Proficient in CANVA**, you will create engaging ad creatives and social media posts, ensuring they align with our client's requirements.
- Should have expertise in **scripting and researching viral hooks**, with a proven ability to convey compelling narratives to our video production team, particularly for creating dynamic and engaging Instagram Reels.
- Coordinate and **schedule video shoot dates with clients**, ensuring timely updates and alignment with the video production department to facilitate seamless operations.
- Experienced in **sending creatives to clients for approval**, collecting feedback, and coordinating with the creative team to make necessary edits, including adjustments in Canva as required.
- Responsible for managing **paid advertising campaigns** on Meta, driving lead generation for clients across various industries, and efficiently managing cost-per-lead metrics to optimize budget and performance.
- Experienced in **managing people**, you communicate effectively with external partners and work independently with agility, maintaining daily collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Social Media, Brand Marketing, Communications, etc., with at least 1 year in a leadership role managing teams.
- Deep **understanding of social media platforms**, trends, and best practices, with practical experience in **Canva **for creating impactful visuals.
- Exceptional **communication skills**, both written and verbal, with strong copy-editing abilities.
- **Bachelor’s degree** or higher in a relevant field like Communications or Marketing.
- Proven track **record in managing social media campaigns** and developing content strategies from start to finish.

We will require you to pass an initial **"TEST assessment"** once we decide to proceed to the next steps.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
