Sword Security’s services include facility security, event security services, patrols, and specialized client requested services.

Sword Security's Toronto team is looking for **Security Supervisors** with the experience to conceptualize, pre-plan and fully execute security deployments for events large and small, often with an ever changing and dynamic approach to event security requirements and the clients needs.

Your creative problem-solving skills must be immense, and you must be able to work quickly and efficiently, to multitask with a high-volume workload and to remain productive in high-pressure situations - Impeccable organizational and time-management skills are an absolute must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all details of the security deployment and execution of events of various scopes and sizes.
- Contribute to the management and reconciliation of time sheets and reports.
- Support coordination and fulfillment of security contracts and requirements.
- Prepare reports on event metrics such as attendance, flow of movement etc.
- Distribute relevant event materials such as, but not limited to, floor plans, security plans and production schedules.
- Prepare, distribute and execute detailed security and staffing schedules, and emergency plans.
- Coordinate with local and provincial law enforcement as needed during the execution of events.
- Directly manage your event security guards.
- Evaluate all aspects of events with the goal of improving quality as well as cost and time efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in event security supervision.
- Exceptional creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent critical-thinking skills.
- The ability to produce a high-volume of projects simultaneously with efficiency, and with mínimal errors.
- Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-starting with the ability to handle small and large scale events.
- Highly professional written and oral communications skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail as well as ability to understand the bigger picture.
- Available for some required travel outside of the downtown core.
- Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Able to maximize resources and establish key relationships with clients.
- Strong customer-service skills
- A valid Ontario Security Guard Licence is required along with first aid and CPR and SmartServe certification
- The ability to work weekends
- Ability to work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
- French language fluency an advantage
