e. We're hiring a part time Spa Coordinator with Aesthetics background (asset). This is a fantastic position for Aestheticians who aspire to one day manage a team, learn the ins and outs of running a successful day spa, and grow your own Aesthetic skillset. You'll have an eye for the small details, the ability to proactively think ahead and anticipate daily needs, and a love for supporting your team and business. You're the driving force behind the steady, successful flow that Blue Room is known for. As the first voice and face our clients hear and see, upholding our values is paramount. *Daily duties as Coordinator:*
- Anticipate needs for the day - prep, stock, regular inventory orders, etc...
- Exceptional client care
- Team and station support and communication
- General cleaning
- Up to date inventory tracking and ordering, stocking and facing shelves *Qualifications / Skillset*
- Aesthetics Diploma and knowledge of the Aesthetics industry is an asset
- Strong communication skills - outgoing, friendly and bright
- Excellent time management
- Ability to think and move efficiently and proactively
- Team success mindset
- Calm and clear under pressure; solution oriented *Hours:*
- Wed - 3-8
- Fri -10-5
- Every other Saturday - 9-4
- Mondays and Alternating Saturdays are available for Aesthetician duties if experienced Job Type: Part-time Expected start date: August 7, 2024 Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 22 - 29 per week Benefits:
