Overview of The Role

The Specialist (Workday Integrations), IT Process & Solutions, HCM will have in-depth Workday HCM integrations knowledge and expertise doing requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of various types of Workday integrations, including Studio and.NET (C#) Applications. On an on-going basis, this person will work with other IT HCM team members and IT and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements/specifications to identify and design integration solution options and provide detailed work effort estimates for implementation.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

- Translate business needs and functional requirements into integration requirements while ensuring Workday HCM leading practices for Integrations are applied accordingly (including timelines and estimates to implement);
- Develop, enhance, support and sustain existing and new required integrations in the Saputo Workday Integrations landscape;
- Ability to work independently with support and coaching from Manager and other IT HCM members in complex situations;
- Interpret internal or external business requirements/issues reported for Integrations and, in collaboration with the IT HCM Architect, and other IT HCM team members, identify and recommend optimal solutions to address them;
- Collaborate with other IT analysts, specialists, solution architects and software vendors on business solutions, architecture strategy, roadmaps, standards and governance;
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production system issues/problems as they arise following the standard Saputo procedures in place during standard working hours and off-hours (exceptionally) as needed;
- Keeping up to date on Workday HCM Integrations leading practices;
- Working with remote teams from both, business and IT across multiple geographies and time zones.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience;
- Workday HR Integrations experience is a must; cross functional exposure and in-depth hands-on experience is required;
- Previous experience developing all type of Workday HCM integrations;
- Previous experience in Workday HCM implementation projects;
- Nice to have: Previous experience with integrations of other HR solutions and systems;
- Nice to have: Project Management experience or successful completion of a recognised project management curriculum (i.e. PMP Certified
- PMI);
- 3+ years of solid Workday HCM Integrations development experience;
- 5+ years of Workday HR implementation experience with expertise and strong business acumen in HR functional integration;
- Knowledge of HR business processes and their integration with other process areas (e.g. Finance, PM, etc);
- Relevant experience in multiple Workday deployments as Integrations SME throughout the SDLC (requirements gathering, process solution design, config/build, testing, deployment and support);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners;
- Ability to collaborate with a global team, and collaborate at all levels. Strong people skills;
- Ability to operate in complex, fast pace project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages;
- Willingness to learn and a hands-on approach;
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and SharePoint;
- Language Skills: English (spoken and written) ; French or Spanish a plus.

As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.
