**Job Description**:
**Our NAPA Distribution Centre in Long Sault is currently looking for a Receiving Office Clerk.**

**_ UAP offers a range variety of benefits such as a complete insurance plan upon hiring, a pension fund, and much more_**

Working out of our Distribution Center, you will work closely with Supervisors, Customer Service team, and the Warehouse Manager to establish a smooth transition of our receiving department. You will also assist in ensuring we have the correct part, correct warehouse pack, correct quantity, along with the part bearing a scannable bar code.

**_ Your main responsibilities:_**
- Verify receptions, packing slips, purchase orders (PO), and variances.
- Scan all related inbound documents and send Purolator daily to Head Office.
- Work closely with our Customer Service team on special orders.
- Work with support teams if any issues arise.
- Act as a point of contact for warehouse employees concerning any receptions/defect discrepancies.
- Provide clerical support to supervisors in their reports.
- Coordination of transports for delivery using the program Appointments PLUS
- Be in constant contact with carrier for any issues that may arise and ensure they follow our policies.
- Issue credits where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

To join our team, you need:_**
- Professional degree in office automation or accounting
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power point
- Knowledge of Warehouse management system (WMS) a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, both oral and written.
