Paragon provides environmental consulting services across much of Canada, with a focus on soil survey, revegetation, and mine and pipeline reclamation. We are seeking a Warehouse/Shop Assistant to support our operations within our Edmonton facility in a temporary role through our summer months (June-August).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse for efficient operation.
- Drive company vehicles to and from repair shops and other locations as required.
- Support inventory management by helping with stock checks, ordering supplies, and receiving deliveries.
- Assist with the preparation and dispatch of materials for projects and client orders.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
- Help with other operational tasks as needed, potentially including support for fieldwork or administrative tasks.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical inclination, comfortable fixing equipment and completing hands-on problem solving.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks without aggravating pre-existing injuries.
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic, with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work respectfully at all levels.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Safety Certificates: First Aid, Advanced driver training, CSTS, WHMIS.
- ATV/UTV/Argo operation experience.
