**Human Resources Assistant**
The daily tasks include, but are not limited to examples listed below:
**Job Duties**:
1. Provide a wide range of clerical and administrative support including professional and confidential assistance to the HR Department.
2. Complete all aspects of recruitment process.
3. Assist with onboarding process, like contract preparation, new employee orientation, and HRIS data maintenance.
5. Check and record daily attendance for all employees.
6. Make and post the weekly schedule.
7. Help to process the payroll every 2 weeks.
9. Prepare employment verification letters.
10. Advise and implement company policies, procedures.
11. Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
12. Facilitate performance management and annual evaluations.
13. Facilitate companywide team building activities.
14. Conduct exit interviews and Follow Up interviews.
15. Assist HR manager with miscellaneous duties when needed.
**Job Qualifications Required**:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration or Human Resource management.
2. 3+ years of HR working experiences.
3. Well organized when filing documents and juggling among various responsibilities.
4. Great command of language skills in listening, speaking and writing in English; French as an asset.
5. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS system.
6. Strong sense of job ownership, take accountability to ensure of the job delivery within timeline and with high quality.
7. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
8. Great initiatives and proactiveness to give feedback on findings and make suggestions for improvements.
9. Customer service mindset and attitude.
10. Pay attention to details.
11. People-oriented, while with a structured and systematic way of working and thinking.
12. Showing leadership and skills in facilitating companywide communication and activities.
13. Being able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
14. Being a committed team player with good attendance record.
**Job Types**:
Full-time, Work-at-office (not a remote position), Permanent contract, Monday-to-Friday work schedule
