Junior Cad Technician

**Jr CAD Tech**

**Responsibilities**:

- Fully proficient in AutoCAD + SketchUp familiarity with REVVIT an asset
- 1-2 years experience in Hospitality Interior Design
- Familiar with creating floor plans, millwork drawings, furniture layouts, finishes and fixtures specifications including lighting and plumbing fixtures
- Strong knowledge and experience in reading construction drawings, shop drawings, technical documentation and specifications details
- Good practical knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware and lighting options in the Commercial and Hospitality industries
- Knowledge of ACA Accessible Canada Act
- Participation and assistance with project setup including resourcing, scheduling, procurement and budgeting
- Create, maintain and update drawings and files online for team; report and update progress in weekly updates to Team

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ yrs post-secondary education and experience related to custom millwork, Int Design furnishings, fixtures and equipment
- 2+ yrs Coordinating multiple ongoing projects in the Hospitality and Commercial, Food + Beverage sectors is a must
- 1+ year involved in sourcing, order and installation of FF+E including millwork, case goods, soft seating, lighting, plumbing, flooring, wallcover and art.

**Salary**: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
