**Dans le rôle, vos principales responsabilités sont**:
Notre Consultant.e junior combine le conseil et les implémentations logicielles pour créer des opérations de distribution de classe mondiale.

En collaboration avec les directeurs, les administrateurs et les chefs de projet, vous participerez activement aux activités suivantes:

- Configurer, mettre en œuvre et soutenir de nouveaux systèmes logiciels dans des environnements de distribution;
- Auditer les logiciels d'exploitation existants et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration.

**Responsabilités**
- Analyser et documenter les processus d'entreprise ;
- Créer des rapports personnalisés et des indicateurs de performance clés ;
- Participer à des réunions de projet avec les clients ;
- Créer et mettre à jour les manuels de formation utilisés pour l'amélioration des processus ;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**In this role, your main responsibilities are**:
Our Junior Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.

Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:

- Helping clients select supply chain software;
- Configuring, implementing and supporting new software systems in distribution environments;
- Auditing existing operations software and making recommendations for improvements.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and document business processes;
- Build custom reports and KPIs;
- Attend client-facing project meetings;
- Create and update training manuals used for process improvements;
- All other related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Baccalauréat en informatique, en systèmes d'information, en ingénierie, en mathématiques, en commerce, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités à l'extérieur de la province de Québec;
- Compétences supérieures en matière de communication et de présentation, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Souci du détail et de la qualité;
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement dynamique avec des délais serrés;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément sous la supervision d'un gestionnaire de projet;
- Capacité à voyager aux États-Unis et au Canada jusqu'à 50 % du temps.

**Les atouts**
- Expérience avec NetSuite;
- Expérience avec d'autres produits SaaS (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) ou des logiciels orientés logistique (WMS, TMS, MES);
- Connaissance des stratégies de gestion des stocks;
- Expérience du développement basé sur le web.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field;
