**NetSuite Manager**:
Client is based out of Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec and has a production facility in Las Vegas. We are looking for an experienced technical and hands-on **NetSuite Manager** to help with the management of our new NetSuite ERP platform. You will work closely with internal business analysts and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions, with a focus on achieving new efficiencies in business workflows and serving as an expert in business productivity for client’s team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration and testing of NetSuite.
- Direct and guide business, technical and 3rd party solution provider resources.
- Perform status reporting.
- Monitor project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of the information.
- System administration, configuration, and integration tasks within NetSuite.
- Develop and execute functional testing.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members and third-party consultants.
- Work with users to understand their processes and suggest process improvements.
- Work with other technical team members to design and test automations and integrations.
- Administer production and sandbox environments.
- Design and develop solutions within NetSuite leveraging SuiteScript, workflows, bundles and other NetSuite functionality.
- Provide end-user support on features and functionality.
- Analyze and debug reported issues.
- Help implement best practices for the administration of NetSuite (i.e.: user access/roles, field/data usage, custom entity management, change management)
- Analyze the impact of upgrades on the current production environment and manage the rollout of upgrades.

**Partnership with Business Team**
- Provide internal NetSuite Cases support (new saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards, user roles, etc.)
- Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives.
- Create business and technical documentation - customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date.
- Create custom records, custom fields, and create/modify Workflows in NetSuite.
- Help ensure data interfaces and integration to partner systems are current and accurate.
- Design and configure end-user reporting.
- Work with colleagues to understand requirements and distill business needs; provide technical solutions and deliver final reports.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any other training combined with relevant working experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in NetSuite administration
- Proficiency in SuiteScript
- Celigo or Boomi Platform integration experience is an asset.
- Tulip experience is a nice to have.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is an asset.
- Must be good at logic analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-sufficient and self-starting.
- Must hold a business ethic and responsible behavior.
- Expert understanding and use of project management tools.
