Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients
- Provide consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize tools and work areas
- Offer additional services such as beard trims and shaves
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling and check-ins
- Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and sell hair care products
- Upsell services to enhance the client experience

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques and styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a barbershop setting
- Familiarity with retail sales and upselling techniques

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
