Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services according to client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in hair styling techniques for various hair types
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales practices to promote products and increase revenue
- Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to client requests
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices for tools and work areas
- Experience working at the front desk is a plus

This position offers an opportunity to showcase your barbering skills in a professional setting while providing excellent service to clients. If you are passionate about barbering and enjoy interacting with clients, we would love to hear from you.

Wage starts at $18.00/hour depending on experience. Wages work on a pay scale, so the more haircuts performed per hour, your hourly wage will increase proportionately. All tips earned by the barber are kept by the barber.
