Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative department
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely payments
- Supervise and train administrative staff, including clerical and front desk personnel
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
