**Job Summary**:
As a team leader for our shipping and receiving team located at the Laval site, you will be responsible for the team in place.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

- Train new employees in their role & responsibilities according to the procedures in force and support them in their integration;
- Maintain an adequate level of inventory and order the required items as needed;
- Receive the goods according to the procedures in force;
- Lead a weekly cycle count of inventory;
- Maintain a quality level of service with internal customers;

**Key Elements**:
We are looking for the following minimum **qualifications f**or this role.
- High school or vocational diploma or equivalent;
- Three years of relevant experience in receiving merchandise or managing a store;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good skills in managing several files simultaneously;
- Good ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change;
- Accuracy and thoroughness;
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of SAP an asset.

**Location**: 445 Armand-Frappier Boulevard, Laval (QC) H7V 4B3

**Salary**: 45K to 52K

**Schedule**: full time, work schedule requires flexibility;
**Transport** : Station Montmorency/ There is a shuttle service from Montmorency station to the Laval site. If you come by car, we also have free parking.

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 120 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
