**Why We Need You**:
Our Calgary Varsity clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to our patients. As our newest Patient Services Specialist you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

This position is a full-time, permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Saturday.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

**What Do You Bring?**
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
