We are currently seeking a **Social & Community Manager** to join our awesome marketing team This role is on-site.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build the content strategy for our key channels with the intent to increase engagement, promote sharing, and improve product education.
- Produce dynamic content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter, TicTok, etc.) to increase engagement and fellowship with Roma.
- Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create and build a strong network
- Understand and deliver monthly KPI’s and marketing metrics relating to various media campaigns using Google Analytics and other metrics.
- Keep aware of market trends, competition and industry news to offer innovative insight to existing programs.
- Develop feedback mechanisms for Roma clients to provide product and market feedback improving the product and program offerings.

**Education and Experience**:

- Post Secondary in Marketing and/or Public Relations and Communications or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in marketing, communications and/or social media role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media KPIs & analytics, and updating content plan & strategy based on those results
- Experience working with websites (writing/editing content, improving functionality, regularly updating information, etc.)
- Experience with creating copy for various social platforms
- Knowledge of various graphic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illusrator, etc.)
- Demonstrated success gaining media attention (writing press releases, advisories, developing Q&As and FAQs, pitching stories to the media, etc.)
- Public and professional speaking and presentation skills
- both internal and external audiences.
- Experience in the home décor/home design space would be considered an asset.
- An amazing attitude, passion for marketing, love for consumers and drive for success.
