**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, assemble, and install a wide range of custom signs and display units according to detailed plans and specifications.
- Work with various materials including wood, metal, acrylic, and composites.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including saws, drills, sanders, and other woodworking machinery.
- Perform repairs, modifications, and finishing work to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to solve construction challenges and optimize designs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy in all projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in other building and fabrication tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a custom fabrication or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Hands-on experience with both traditional and modern carpentry tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working on ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
