Sales Account Representative

_**Overview**_
Reporting to the General Manager the **Sales Account Representative **is responsible for providing assistance to all areas of the shop. This includes shipping/receiving, product delivery and pick up, material handling, working with machinery and power tools, preventative maintenance, and general clean-up.
- **Responsibilities & Duties**_
- Identify, research & develop business cases around potential opportunities
- Work alongside Sales and Marketing departments to identify potential new clients
- Initiate, create & present various reports and/or presentation to new clients or Management
- Acknowledge & Resolve procedural conflicts within the business
- Plan, create and develop software programming to meet daily operation’s needs ( Jonas, Fleet Complete, Digio, scheduler,)
- Plan, create and develop operational procedures.
- Prepare reports and packages to assist management in decision making
- Develop and maintain the sourcing and procurement department
- Define and maintain data management standards to ensure the delivery of consistent, accurate business analysis and metrics for key activities, spend analysis, spend assessments, cost modeling, savings analysis, financial risk and document control
- Responsible for recommending, reviewing and executing Procurement operational processes
- Management of timely PO creation in system while maintain alignment of contract deadlines
- Help manage accounts receivable with the assistance of shared services
- Manage and coordinate day to day activities of invoice administrator with assistance of shared services
- Establish and maintain effective communication between internal and external customers and specific areas of financial responsibilities for timely resolution
- Accountable for financial processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all document control.
- **Qualifications & Experience**_
- Structural Steel knowledge of industry
- Industrial sector familiarity
- Business financial knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of company software
- Valid Driver’s License
