**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support the company's growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights to support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- High level of integrity and ethical standards

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
