**Key Responsibilities**:

- Experienced in the administration and deployment of SharePoint, ensuring collaborative and efficient content management.
- Skilled in leveraging Azure services for cloud computing needs, including virtual computing, analytics, storage, and networking.
- Implement IT policies focusing on security and company policies.
- Manage and maintain the company’s phone systems, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
- Oversee the TV intranet system, ensuring it functions correctly and is updated as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to IT systems and equipment.
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect the company’s technology infrastructure.
- Keep abreast of new technology trends and recommend upgrades to enhance system efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Intune, and Azure.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, or a similar role.
- Experience with phone systems and TV intranet management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Experience in a similar role in a small to medium-sized enterprise.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:
