**About The Role**:
CF Interiors is currently seeking an energetic, out-going sales superstar to join our team. If you have a proven track record in sales, are passionate about great customer service and enjoy selling furniture and designing spaces, then we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly individual and store sales goals as set by the Store Manager
- Driving sales to the stores by utilizing the tools provided by the Business Development and Marketing team
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Learn all products and brands represented by CF Interiors
- Partnering with management to find new ways to grow
- Effectively utilizing and updating our internal CRM
- Establishing, maintaining, and developing sales and positive relationships with existing clients
- Expanding, cultivating, and developing personal client base by reaching out and networking to new potential clients to earn more business
- Effectively utilizes spare time to find new designers and open new accounts, and check on accounts that you haven’t heard from in a while
- Strategically plan weeks, months, and year to effectively meet sales goals
- Consistently encouraging designers to do most of their buying with CF Interiors
- Staying up to date and learning about designers current/future project to leverage and optimize more business
- Determine and analyze why clients are not finding everything they need through CF Interiors, and developing solutions to meet their needs
- Discover where clients are currently sourcing furniture, and determine what drives them to keep buying there
- Providing clients with the knowledge of the challenges/issues they may face when dealing directly with other vendors or showrooms
- Educating clients about the D & T program and all the benefits it has to offer
- Encourages all clients to use our portal and educates them on the benefits
- Promotes our new vendors, rug lines, 50X lighting lines and accessories lines
- Creating ideas to host new and prospective designers at our showroom
- Effectively uses administrator to minimize admin work to make more time to grow and develop existing accounts
- Delegate sourcing, formal and informal quotes, budgets sheets, orders, payments, ETA sheets management and all necessary admin tasks
- Train and develop administrator so they can independently support during the sales manager absence

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent oral and written communication
- Detailed and organized
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Previous experience in a sales position
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to think "outside of the box" to build sales and customer base

**Compensation**:

- Base salary + bonus/commission.
- Eligible for individual quarterly sales bonus and store quarterly bonus when sales thresholds are met and exceeded after 3 months of continuous employment

**Benefits**:

- Eligible for extended medical and dental benefits after 3 months of employment.
- GRSP contributions after 3 months of employment

**Salary**: From $80,000-$100,000 (Base Salary + Commission)
