Our Pharmaceuticals business has a broad portfolio of innovative and established medicines in respiratory, HIV, immuno-inflammation, and oncology. **Job Purpose**

As a Marketing Summer Intern, you will embark on a transformative journey in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the world of marketing and its profound impact on patient lives. Your key responsibilities include providing critical support in strategic planning, contributing to the execution of promotional tactics for priority Respiratory brands, and analyzing marketing data to make tactical recommendations. Collaborating with a team of Product Managers, you'll be immersed in day-to-day activities supporting brand strategies and stakeholders across the organization.

**Details (Your Responsibilities)**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following
- Provide critical support organizing and implementing the annual strategic planning process with cross-functional partners.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional tactics for priority Respiratory brands.
- Prepare marketing activity reports by gathering insights from sales data, activity metrics, and make tactical recommendations.
- Support initiatives to develop and communicate key sales tools such as guidance for new materials, new promotional resources, and resources around key events & activities.
- Support with team of Product Managers with key day-to-day activities to support brand strategies and stakeholders across the organization.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- We are looking for professionals with these required skills:_
- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in progress in business, strong preference for marketing, advertising, or digital.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Strong sense of accountability and organization.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Strong project management skills including coordinating with internal and external colleagues and delivering high-quality projects on time.
- Strong sense of curiosity to critically examine opportunities and self-starter to gather insights, drive decisions with a bias towards action.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and learning agility. Motivated to grow and understands how to leverage resources to support their development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bilingualism (French/English).
- Previous Marketing Experience.
