Maintenance Worker

Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure the working order of the room (TV's, lights, etc.), testing and maintaining the pool chemical levels, banquet set up, painting, repairing walls, snow removal and lawn maintenance, working at heights with scissor lift.
**Summary**
As a Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and maintenance to perform repairs and routine inspections. Your premium skills in electrical systems and programmable logic controllers will enhance your ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and leadership will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. **Qualifications**
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Solid mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Plumbing and electrical experience preferred
