Calgary, Canada Universal Ford Lincoln Full time

Universal Ford Lincoln is looking to add a **PARTS ADVISOR **to our team.

**Requirements**:

- Ford experience an asset.
- Strong knowledge of parts - tires, accessories, and aftermarket options
- CDK experience an asset
- Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solving skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Motivated to succeed and grow

**Responsibilities**
- Provide top notch customer service to both internal and external customers
- Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of inventory - parts, accessories, and tires
- Knowing which suppliers to order from when working on a deadline
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Create, maintain, and stock the retail parts and accessories display
