Our mandate is to develop, manage and improve systems to recover used packaging and end-of-life products from consumers and ensure that they are properly recycled and not land-filled or incinerated.

**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Communications and Customer Service Manager, the Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting customer inquiries, maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service. Their duties include interacting with customers through various communication channels, handling inquiries, resolving complaints and providing information about the organization.

**The main responsibilities**:

- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and resolution in a timely manner
- Build positive customer relationships by managing questions and concerns with speed, professionalism and empathy
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution with internal teams, depots or other vendors/stakeholders
- Analyze metrics and other performance indicators and recommend enhancements to improve the customer experience, productivity, processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop customer metric reports as needed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of the team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- A team-orientated work approach, but self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required
- Must be familiar with the Return-It Express system or have visited an Express depot
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college or post-secondary education related to communication or writing
- 1 year experience in customer service

Pay: $55,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
