**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The **Business Development Manager** will manage all aspects of their accounts in order to optimize our position in the Ontario market. You will develop, negotiate, and implement a sales program for your assigned accounts.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key contacts
- Develop, negotiate and implement a customized, detailed sales plan for all customers and follow up
- Regularly communicate with customers in order to plan and achieve growth objectives
- Meet the sales budget for each customer (number of cases and cost)
- Assume responsibility for all financial aspects related to managing their account portfolio
- Act as the key contact for all supply chain
- and logistics-related issues
- Work closely with the Category Development team and undertake initiatives to manage categories in order to fully leverage brand promotion opportunities
