**The Role**:
We are looking for a bright, curious, and detailed individual that has a passion for quality You leave no stone unturned and strive to be as thorough as possible to ensure our products meet the needs and solve the problems of our end users.

As a QA Analyst, you will work alongside your team members to drive the QA strategy and execute on test plans across our products. To ensure the successful delivery of our high quality software products, you will work collaboratively with the product teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve any issues throughout the development lifecycle.

You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Designers to gain a full understanding of product requirements and support the definition of pass criteria
- Develop, execute, and maintain test strategies and plans
- Ensure the most efficient and effective testing techniques are used for each product
- Troubleshoot and identify bugs and improvements while analyzing our products
- Clearly communicate priority and description of defects to the product team to facilitate quick resolution
- Manage testing and promotion of bug fixes to appropriate product release
- Help enrich product quality by promoting high standards within our defined QA processes
- Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies

What You Will Bring:

- BA/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Self-motivated learner who takes initiative
- Strong understanding of different testing types (integration, compatibility, exploratory, smoke, and sanity) with the ability to clearly communicate their purposes
- Experience maintaining and executing test plans
- Experience with web and mobile debugging and inspection tools
- Knowledge of performance and automation testing techniques
- Experience with testing frameworks: Selenium, Nightwatch, or Capybara
- Experience with testing tools: NeoLoad, JMeter, Chrome DevTools, or Charles Proxy
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of relevant technology stack
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment
- Experience working in the healthcare industry considered an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- Experience using JIRA and Google Workspace
