Industry leader and innovator in the design and manufacturing of a full range of vulcanizers and presses for splicing all types of belting and stationary presses for fabrication of flat and profile conveyor belting. This role fulfills two purposes. First, to manage Epicor data quality, insuring data is available, accessible, current, and accurate. Second, to use Epicor data to support operations, specifically cost estimation and cost analysis.

**Responsibilities**

Working across all functional areas and specific to operations in Parry Sound, Stoney Creek and Atlanta:

- Data Quality:_
- Evaluate/assess Epicor data quality.
- Recommend/implement Epicor data corrections/clean-up and manage Epicor data quality.
- Cost Estimation:_
- Prepare pre-production estimates (for new product lines and product line extensions).
- Prepare pre-sale cost estimates (for custom engineered products and services).
- Prepare pricing recommendations.
- Cost Analysis:_
- Prepare margin analysis reports.
- Prepare pricing adjustment recommendations.
- Create and run financial models.
- Conduct scenario analysis.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Although relevant experience will be weighed heavily, a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance is preferred.
- A professional certification such as a chartered professional accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.

**Skills/Specific Experience**:

- 3+ years of work experience as a financial operations analyst, cost accountant, analyst, or other relevant role.
- Familiarity with ERP software programs (Epicor would be ideal).
- Highly developed computer literacy skills, especially with MS Excel and computation.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with an aptitude for detail.
