Spécialiste de l’ajustement:
Description générale: Le spécialiste des essayages assiste le directeur des essayages pendant les séances d'essayage afin d'assurer un traitement rapide des échantillons d'essayage, des échantillons de préproduction et des échantillons TOP soumis pour les marques ou les produits qu'il a désignés.

Responsabilités:

- Aider le directeur des essayages à développer de nouveaux blocs de modèles
- En collaboration avec le directeur des essayages:

- Aider l'équipe de conception à définir les normes, la construction et les détails de couture pour les prototypes.
- Aider le directeur des essayages en mesurant, en ajustant, en commentant et en établissant des corrections pendant les séances d'essayage pour:

- les prototypes
- Échantillons d'essayage
- Échantillons d'essayage révisés
- Échantillons de préproduction
- Échantillons TOP (si nécessaire)
- Échantillons de production en vrac (si nécessaire)
- Participer à l'approbation et à la signature de tous les échantillons de préproduction.
- Contribuer au processus de classement des styles
- Travailler avec le directeur de l'ajustement pour:

- Analyser les mesures des rapports de production en vrac et fournir des commentaires pour l'approbation finale.
- Approuver la production en série, avec le directeur de l'assurance qualité et le vice-président du merchandising et de l'approvisionnement mondial.
- Analyser les réclamations des clients/associés en matière d'ajustement, formuler des recommandations et mettre en œuvre les ajustements nécessaires.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7+ ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de l'habillement.
- Maîtrise d'Excell et d'Illustrator
- Expérience et connaissance approfondie des tissus, de la construction de vêtements, de la coupe et de la couture et des pulls.

Compétences requises:

- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à l'interaction.
- Motivé, soucieux du détail et très organisé.
- Bilingue: anglais et français.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et à s'orienter vers la production, avec la capacité d'identifier, d'analyser et de résoudre les problèmes d'ajustement.
- Capacité à travailler facilement au sein d'une équipe.

Fit Specialist:
General Description: The Fit Specialist assists the Fit Director during the fit sessions to help ensure a quick turn around on submitted fit samples, preproduction samples, and TOP samples for their designated brands or commodities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Fit Director in developing new pattern blocks
- Alongside the Fit Director:

- Assist design team to define standards, construction and sewing details for prototypes.
- Aid the Fit Director by measuring, fitting, commenting, and establishing corrections during fit sessions for:

- Prototypes
- Fit samples
- Revised fit samples
- Preproduction samples
- TOP Samples (when needed)
- Bulk production samples (when needed)
- Assist in the approval and sign off of all preproduction samples
- Contribute in the grading process for styles
- Work with the Fit Director to:

- Analyze measurements of bulk production reports and provide comments for final sign off
- Approve bulk production, with the QA director and VP Merchandising & Global Sourcing
- Analyze customer/sale associate fit complaints, make recommendations and implement required adjustments

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in apparel industry.
- Proficient in Excell & Illustrator
- Experience & strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, cut & sew and sweaters.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized.
- Bilingual: English & French.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & be production oriented with ability to identify, analyze and resolve fit issues.
- The ability to work easily within a team.
