**Apercu du service**
- L’équipe de vente des spécialistes hypothécaires mobiles de TD Canada Trust, un canal de distribution national de services bancaires de détail, est responsable de démarcher une nouvelle clientèle pour les prêts hypothécaires et les lignes de crédit sur valeur domiciliaire (LDCVD). Elle a pour mandat de fournir de nouveaux clients à la Banque et d’accroître ainsi le volume d’affaires, les profits et la part de marché de Crédit garanti par des biens immobiliers, TD Canada Trust. Cette équipe compte actuellement plus de 700 employés, dont des spécialistes en vente, des directeurs et du personnel de soutien.
- Les spécialistes hypothécaires mobiles sont responsables de démarcher de nouveaux clients pour les services bancaires du réseau de succursales de TD Canada Trust par l’intermédiaire de prêts hypothécaires. Ils travaillent de la maison au moyen d’une plateforme mobile à rechercher des clients potentiels pour les prêts hypothécaires et les
- LDCVD qui leur sont recommandés par les courtiers immobiliers, les constructeurs, les planificateurs financiers et autres personnes d’influence.

**Description du poste (Job Description)**
- L’adjoint au crédit s’occupe du soutien administratif quotidien dont a besoin le spécialiste auquel il est affecté. Il contribue ainsi au succès du spécialiste et, par conséquent, à celui de l’équipe de vente des spécialistes hypothécaires mobiles. Et de cette façon, le spécialiste peut mettre l’accent sur la vente et l’expansion des affaires.- Offrir un excellent soutien au spécialiste hypothécaire mobile dans l’administration du crédit, notamment:
- Traiter et soumettre les demandes conformément à la politique et aux processus en vigueur
- Se procurer et réunir les documents requis pour traiter les demandes de crédit
- Faciliter le processus décisionnel global quant au crédit en collaboration avec les groupes de soutien administratif
- Connaître et appliquer les politiques et procédures d’exploitation de la Banque et de son secteur d’activité, et s’acquitter de son obligation de vigilance pour que toutes les transactions des clients et des partenaires soient effectuées avec précision
- Effectuer les tâches qui lui sont confiées avec précision et efficacité afin de respecter les échéanciers du spécialiste et du secteur d’activité
- Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les groupes et les équipes partenaires, y compris répondre aux questions et aux préoccupations

**REMARQUE **:Poste occasionnel à temps partiel relevant du directeur des adjoints au crédit des spécialistes hypothécaires mobiles. Le titulaire est affecté à un spécialiste hypothécaire mobile qui lui confie directement son travail quotidien. L’adjoint au crédit travaille de la maison.

**Exigences du poste (Job Requirements)**
- Expérience de crédit et des prêts hypothécaires
- Habiletés supérieures en informatique et en technique
- Maîtrise du progiciel MS Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Capacité de travailler en toute autonomie et de faire plusieurs choses en même temps dans un marché dynamique et concurrentiel
- Aptitudes éprouvées pour la gestion du temps, capacité à respecter les échéances et les ententes de niveau de service, même à les dépasser, que ce soit pour le client ou les partenaires
- Souci extrême de la précision et du détail
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle reposant sur de solides habiletés pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles
- Capable de travailler selon des horaires variables, notamment le soir et les fins de semaine
- Bilingue anglais et français

**Formation et agrément / Education and Accreditation**:
Expérience dans une succursale de TD Canada Trust, un atout
