Our Team Lead - Flight Operations Delivery is part of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Movement Manager and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the Operations Control & Maintenance Control Management suite for various airlines across the world. Delivery Business Analyst will also be the Subject Matter Expert on these solutions and will be involved in training airline analysts on the tools and ensure the product is adopted effectively and efficiently by the airline.

The role we are offering:

- Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain within the aviation flight operations area.
- Works on high value (revenue) projects with large scale customer impact and able to operate under limited direction and mínimal oversight. Able to delineate requirements to solve complex business problems across multiple functional domains (within company and between company and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects.
- Provides functional assistance / business expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing processes and procedures that are cost effective and meet airline operations control user requirements.
- Will be involved in end to solution implementation life cycle as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) starting from project kick-off and Business Assessment through product implementation in Customer production environment.
- Will attend onsite customer meetings as a Subject Matter Expert and participate in Business Assessment meetings & other project related workshops / meeting and understand customer's business processes.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with project managers, account managers, implementation and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding solution implementation & issue resolution.
- Drive strategic business process improvements within Solutions and Product Delivery organization
- Find innovative ways to introduce automation and reduce the overall product implementation timeline
- Help implement & lead professional services growth across the business
- Collaborate with Sales, Accounts and Delivery team to increase and win services business
- Perform data collection and validation checks in the context of Movement Manager solution at all stages of solution implementation and delivery
- Will identify the best practices adopted by customers during the interactions and communicate the same to Solution Management teams to enhance Operation Control product solution suite
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements & help identify areas for improvement, and help develop and implement appropriate solutions.
- Shall mentor/train new business analysts on the solution and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers
- Demonstrates effective teamwork skills.
- Operates under general direction with mínimal oversight.
- Ensures that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used.
- Proven Analytical skills.
- Must be organized and be able to multi-task and work in all areas as needed.
- Proficient English written and oral communication skills. Command of a second language is an advantage
- Identify problems and be able to determine when appropriate escalation is required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

- 10+ years experience working in Airline Operations Management Suite or Airline Operations Control Center or similar experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly desired.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Business Analysis, Documentation and MS Office skills, Communication, Customer Management, Product Owner & Product Documentation
- Must be willing to travel (domestic & international) 20 - 35% of the time
