Are you an independent, people-oriented and motivated individual who is seeking your next big challenge?

We are looking for a Membership Sales Coordinator to join our growing team who will ultimately be responsible for all functions associated with New Member Acquisition for The Vancouver Club.

As a member of the Membership department, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals and working closely with senior management to create and implement prospective member campaigns, develop all related marketing materials, and assist with running Member and Prospective Member events.

The Membership Coordinator will build effective relationships with all existing Members, in order to encourage them to invite their friends and colleagues to the Club as guests and potentially join themselves. It is important to attend Club activities, ensuring appropriate event programming, as well as continued communication with member guests to uncover opportunities for potential members to join.

The Coordinator is responsible for creating, reviewing and analyzing monthly and quarterly reports pertaining to member recruitment and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of secondary school education required.
- Formal education in administration or hospitality management is an asset.
- Previous administrative and sales experience preferred.
- Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate superior customer service philosophy.
- Must have a professional appearance and manner, a gracious attitude and the ability to interact with diverse groups as well as the ability to build strong relationships within the Club and Community.
- Will be required to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
