**The Company**

At ByNature Design we strive to connect people with nature by offering products and services that bring interiors to life and make people feel good. Growing steadily since 2012, ByNature now has three offices (Vancouver, Toronto, and France) and a team of 20+ designers, project managers, horticulturists and production assistants with an enthusiasm for plants.

We're looking for someone who's great with communication, sales and estimation and has top-notch leadership and interpersonal skills. We need to find someone who will embrace ByNature’s vision and be part of a growing business located in one of the greenest offices in Vancouver.

**Description**

Please be sure you have the following requirements before applying:

- Canadian citizen, permanent resident or a valid work permit
- Landscaping background

The following skills would be an asset:

- Bilingual in English/French
- Management skills

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

In your role, you'll be the go-to person for potential clients. Your main goal is to help them understand our products and find the best options that suit their needs. You'll also be responsible for creating and processing quotations for our clients and keeping everyone in the loop about important details. You'll be the first person clients interact with, so it's essential that you have excellent people skills. You'll also work closely with our CEO, Partners (including our Toronto staff) to make sure that all new projects are handled professionally and completed successfully.

The position consists of the following tasks:

- Project estimation
- Sales
- Client relations
- Follow-ups
- Consultations
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Preparing quotations
- Preparing relevant information for the design team

Eligibility Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task/prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with great common sense
- Proactive and able to adapt to unexpected issues or requests on the fly
- Quick learner and resourceful
- Must be discreet, courteous, reliable, diligent and be able to work independently or in a team environment
- Great leadership skills
